Mission Statement
VET-TO-LEO strives to strengthen the connection between veterans and law enforcement, understanding that a diverse background in America’s police force is crucial in making our law enforcement stronger and more effective. By recognizing those who put their lives on the line to defend our nation, we can honor them by supporting their further success.
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.
If the decisions you make about where you invest your blood, sweat, and tears are not consistent with the person you aspire to be, you’ll never become that person.
Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage, you can’t practice any other virtue consistently.
